Motivx Tools Limited Lifetime Warranty

All Motivx Tools carry a 1 Year "No Hassle" Warranty.

Some Motivx Tools products have an additional Limited Lifetime Warranty, which covers all defects in workmanship or materials for the life of the tool.

Details

The Limited Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable. Must have proof of purchase (see details below). We do not warranty products that have been subjected to abnormal use or have worn out due to normal wear. Abnormal use includes misuse, accident, modification, unreasonable use, neglect, lack of maintenance, use in production-related service, or use after the tool is significantly worn. An example of normal wear would be an impact socket that has been used over and over again and naturally wears out over time.

Activation

If you purchased your tool on MotivxTools.com, you are automatically signed up and do not need to do anything else to active your Limited Lifetime Warranty.

If you purchased your tool from somewhere else (i.e. Amazon, Ebay, etc...), then you need to register your purchase(s) for us to activate your warranty. To activate your Limited Lifetime Warranty, sign up using the form below. This will act as your "proof of purchase" and is what we will check when verifying a warranty claim.
