I purchased the 2320 and the drain hose. I chose to place my order over the phone so I can see how good customer service really was, the rep was extremely professional and super friendly, not to mention extremely knowledgeable about the different products offered. Shipping was quick, I received my parts in just a few days. Upon unboxing, I was disappointed I didn’t get the cool black box that I have seen on so many YouTube videos but I was impressed on how well everything was packed. I was able to finally try out my new tools a few days after arrival…., Wow is all I can say. The ease of using the drain hose and being able to drain the filter housing without making any mess was something that I will need to get used to now. I was so amazed on how simple the process was, you hand tighten the fitting to the housing, open tye second fitting and watch the oil drain out right into your pan without spilling any oil. The filter “ wrench “ is amazing, like others my filter housing was installed with an impact from the dealership. I placed the tool on the housing, got my breaker bar and was able to crack it loose without any slipping or damage to the housing. I am extremely appreciative to motive for designing, producing and selling these great products, I’m sure any other tool would have worked but probably not as good or had the same warranty backing it.

Oil filter wrench Works perfectly. I was unable to use the drain valve because my housing does not accommodate it. Motive X allowed me to return the drain valve and adjust of the purchase price. Very happy
