The dealership tightened the plastic cartridge so tight that the impact damaged and rounded the internal socket opening. fortunately the outer 14mm socket fitting held and i was able to get the filter cartridge off without breaking it. Toyota dealerships should be ashamed of themselves allowing oil techs to use impacts for oil changes!
